Orizuru has been Kinosaki’s recognizable first class sushi restaurant since its founding in 1942. Through the years it has grown with the town from the first master to the third and current master. Each sushi chef has trained at one of Japan’s foremost sushi restaurants, there they develop their skills and learn the knowledge needed to create first class sushi and sashimi. They then bring together the best of each of those top-class restaurants’ expertise and continue to improve their skills here at Orizuru.
