Tanto Tulip Festival 2018 will be held from the middle of April to the end of April. The confirmed dates will be announced later. Come out to see the approximately 1,000,000 planted tulips that come in about 300 different types. 100,000 of these tulips will be used to make a flower image of the popular Toyooka city character ‘Gen-san’ this year. This festival takes place in the beautiful countryside community of Tanto which is about 30 km from Kinosaki Onsen. Food stalls will be available during the event. Hours of operation are from 9 am to 5 pm. Entry fees are 700 JPY for high school students and older, and free for junior high school students and younger. Use either bus or car to access the exciting festival!!
