Pamphlets, brochures & more
Informational pamphlets, brochures and other printed items with information on Kinosaki and near by
sightseeing spots can be picked up here. There are pamphlets in Japanese, English, French, Chinese and
Korean about Kinosaki, Izushi, Toyooka, Takeda, HImeji, Tottori, Amanohashidate and more.
There
is also a digital pamphlet option. PONTANA allows you to carry around pamphlets on your smartphone or
tablet and use it even without wifi. The great thing is that there are stations all throughout Japan, so
you can have all your maps and information right at your fingertips.
Free Wi-Fi
Visitors are free to connect to our Free Wi-Fi. Just look for a little Wi-Fi sign on the counter by the window, the password is written here. There is also one computer for visitor use, but please limit your time and be considerate of other people waiting to use the computer.
Currency Exchange
SOZORO now takes your USD, Euros, Taiwan Dollars, Chinese Yuan, Hong Kong Dollars, or Thai Bhats and exchanges them for Japanese Yen. The rates are updated every weekday at noon and exchange can be done every day bewtween 9 am and 6 pm.
Bicycle Rental
Michelin sport bicycles are available for rent from 9am to 5pm. Prices start at 500 yen for 2 hours and go up to a maximum fee of 1,000 yen for one day use. You can bike to Kei beach, the Hiyoriyama coastline, Maruyamagawa Koen, Genbudo Caves, or even around town.
Bus Tickets
At the bus counter, you can purchase express bus tickets and special bus passes. There are express buses daily to Osaka and Kobe, and on the weekends there is a bus to Himeji as well. The local buses can take you to many local attractions, such as Marine World, Toyooka, Izushi, and much much more. There are many places in the countryside you can’t access by train. Why not visit some place undiscovered? Sozoro can help you with any bus needs, such as scheduling your trip and using the bus system.
SOZORO Tours & Activities
There are many “SOZORO Optional Tours” featuring the surrounding areas. You can apply for
these tours at the SOZORO counter. Let them know what kind of tour you are looking for and they can give
you some advice. If they don’t have one that meets your needs, then they can sometimes work with you to
create an original tour specially tailored for you.

SOZORO – Kinosaki’s information and tour center is located in front of Kinosaki Onsen Station. English speaking staff is on hand to offer information on local bus times and routes. They are also knowlegable on the area. If you are looking for information on sightseeing spots in or near Kinosaki they can provide you with English pamphlets or brochures to help you. You can also sign up for various tours and activities in the area.
